Three-phase double zone induction hobs are equipped with the new smart PREMIUM generator and available in 4000 or 6000 Watts per zone. Schott ceran ceramic glass top 370 x 690 mm, thickness 6 mm. Controls by knobs + LED indicators or display. The generators can be installed up to 5 meters away from the inductors. Each inductor is equipped with an independent generator which guarantees the longevity of the equipment. The optional QUICKFIT system allows rapid installation in the cabinet.Examples: a pot of 400 mm and a pan of 280 mm, or 2 saute pan 340 mm, or a large fish poacher 600 x 180 mm.
